Privacy and tracking
How website and campaign information is handled.

Information you provide
When you submit a form, Regen Advisory may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number and the information you include in the form. This information is used to deliver the requested resource, respond to your enquiry and manage the relationship in Regen Advisory's CRM.
Campaign attribution
Regen records campaign parameters, referring pages, landing pages and advertising click identifiers when they are present in the link you use. This information helps identify which campaigns generated an enquiry. Campaign attribution is retained independently of optional third-party analytics so that the business can maintain an accurate lead source record.
Optional analytics and advertising tracking
If you accept optional tracking, Google Analytics, Google advertising measurement and Meta technologies may process device, browser, interaction, page and campaign information to measure website and advertising performance. Regen does not intentionally include names, email addresses, phone numbers or free-text form responses in browser analytics events.
Where enabled, Meta's server-side conversion measurement may receive privacy-protected matching information after an accepted form submission. This is used to attribute the lead to advertising and improve campaign measurement.
Storage and service providers
Lead information may be processed through Regen Advisory's website hosting, email delivery, Google Workspace, AppSheet and analytics or advertising providers. Some providers may process information outside Australia.
Your choices and contact
You can decline optional tracking when first visiting the site and change that choice using the button above. You may also request access to or correction of personal information held by Regen Advisory, or opt out of marketing contact, by emailing info@regenadvisory.com.au.
